Urgent Meiko Dishwasher Repair in Berkshire
PRISM attended an urgent commercial kitchen callout in Berkshire after a Meiko hood dishwasher was reported to be experiencing rinse issues. After carrying out fault finding on site, the issue was traced to a defective impeller on the rinse pump.
The faulty rinse pump was replaced with a new part, before the dishwasher was recommissioned and fully tested. The unit was returned to working order, helping the kitchen reduce disruption and continue operating safely.

PRISM carried out a annual service visit for a school kitchen in Hampshire, supporting their planned maintenance schedule and helping keep commercial catering equipment safe, reliable and ready for daily use.

PRISM attended a school kitchen in Surrey to carry out commercial gas safety and air quality checks as part of planned compliance support.
During testing, elevated CO2 readings were identified within the kitchen environment. The readings were assessed, appropriate safety steps were followed, and the matter was managed in line with Gas Safe requirements. Further checks were completed before the visit was closed, supporting a safer and compliant kitchen environment.

Rational Combi Oven Installation in Berkshire
PRISM recently visited a school kitchen in Berkshire to install a new Rational combi oven, supporting the site with upgraded commercial catering equipment for daily food service.
The installation was carried out on site, followed by full commissioning and operational checks on completion. Once tested, the new combination oven was left ready for use, helping the kitchen continue service with reliable, modern equipment.
